Andrea Wood received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2013. She is a board certified women’s health clinical specialist with the American Physical Therapy Association. She focuses her physical therapy practice in pelvic floor disorders and orthopedics. She is passionate about educating moms and moms-to-be on conservative preventative ways to take care of their bodies through exercise and education. She lives in Miami Beach with her husband Scott, daughter Skye, dog Neppy, and cat Maggie. She loves Pilates, biking, and anything that has to do with the beach.
