Chocolate always seems to be that soothing something for the winter months. Although this is not hot, it will boost up your nutrition and satisfy that chocolate craving all in one yummy gulp. Enjoy!
Adita’s Chocolate Maca Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened hemp, almond, or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (this is where you get your chocolate from and antioxidants!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon maca powder (this is amazing for our hormones and energy)
1 tablespoon Adita’s Nut Mix
A pinch of Celtic sea salt
Blend all of the ingredients in a high powered blender, and serve. If you want it a bit creamier, add in 1/2 an avocado and a bit of ice.
