Mango and Avocado Salad
It's time to get creative with these amazing fruits. They are packed with nutrition and yummy for any age.
Equipment
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Large Cucumber cubed
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 Cup Green beans chopped
- 1/2 Cup Bean sprouts
- 1 Medium Mango peeled and cubed
- 1 Medium Avocado peeled and cubed
- 1/4 Cup Mint finely chopped
Dressing
- 1/3 Cup Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Chop
- Mix
- Combine dressing ingredients and mix into the salad
