This iconic pool was built from a coral rock quarry, where much of the original coral rock was used to border and further accentuate the pool. It is fed with spring water from an underground aquifer. In the spring and summer seasons, the pool is filled and drained daily! It also features two waterfalls, cave-like grottos and sandy “beach” for lounging.

A.D. “Doug” Barnes Park

A.D. Barnes Park is a 65-acre park located in the heart of one of Miami’s busiest areas. 

WHERE: 3401 SW 72 Avenue | Miami, FL

HOW MUCH: $2-$3. Pools age requirement is 3 years old and above. Splash pad age requirement is 1 year old and above.

Helen Sands Pool Splash Park

Rapids Water Park

Rapids Water Park features 42 slides and attractions, including thrill rides, family rides, kid rides and a lazy river.

Located at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, purchase of the Resort Day Membership grants admission to Tidal Cove Waterpark, lounge chairs, towels, and poolside service (admission to the water park is complimentary for hotel guests).

Jacobs Aquatic Center

Jacobs Aquatic Center is a world class 3-pool swim facility, featuring a 25-Meter Myrtha competition pool with a 12-foot diving well, a therapy pool (perfect for water aerobics), and an activity spray gym complete with slides and water features.

Zoo Miami

Zoo Miami is the largest zoo in Florida and the fifth largest in the United States. It features three different areas where kids can splash around and cool off between animal sightings. Access to all three is included in the price of admission.

Pinecrest Gardens

Pinecrest Gardens is home to a playground, petting zoo, Splash ‘N Play, picnic areas and a beautiful and exotic botanical gardens in South Florida. Access to the Splash ‘N Play is included in admission.
