5 Strategies to Help You Cope With Stress
Exercise: Get your blood pumping to release endorphins and boost your mood. Even a 10-minute walk can make a difference!
Mindfulness: Try deep breathing and meditation to help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions which may help you feel more at ease.
Social support: Connect with others and spend time with friends and family to help increase oxytocin and decrease cortisol levels.
Time management: Prioritize tasks and set realistic goals to avoid overwhelm.
Self-care: Investing in yourself and taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally can help you cope with stress better. This includes getting enough sleep, eating nourishing food, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.
