Don't let the word healthy fool you. This mousse brings in all of the wonderful smoothness and chocolate of traditional mousse, all while providing some great nutrition. We are in the season of boosting the immune system, so why not do that with CHOCOLATE!!!
3/4CupDates soaked in water pits removed and soaked so they are very soft
1TablespoonCoconut Butter
1CupAlmond Milk
1/2CupRaw Almond Butter
3/4 CupRaw Cacao Powder
1TablespoonRaw Honey
Instructions
In a Vitamix or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Next, refrigerate so that it thickens a bit more. Oh, one more thing… You can puree berries as a topping or just add them whole for some extra sweetness.
