Ingredients
  

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 can 9 inch graham cracker crust (15oz)
  • whipped topping
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  • Mix egg yolks, condensed milk, cream of coconut, and key lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Cool for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Add whipped topping and shredded coconut before serving.
