Often as young women come of age, they can feel disconnected from themselves and their community and care takers. How can we better prepare our daughters for womanhood? In honor of Women’s History Month, please join Mysaclub.com and Stemtree of Coral Gables as we build bridges to wellness.
“EmpowerHER” will be an evening event combining engaging activities, guest speakers, and creative workshops to strengthen communication and understanding around women’s health. Hosted at Stemtree Coral Gables, the event will blend science, wellness, and community-building in an innovative and interactive way.
This event is for parents, their daughters, and women who have a story to share. We will conduct some fun bridge building activities, and do a wellness bag giveaway including sustainable feminine products.
