2020 has definitely been the year of the pivot. We all have had to come up with creative ways to reach our audience, stay connected and still make an impact. Have you heard that The Miami Book Fair is going virtual this year? It’s the first ever virtual book fair in the Miami Book Fair’s 36 year history!
There are tons of benefits with going virtual this year. Yes, we all love to touch and feel the books and see the amazing authors up close. However, this is an opportunity to reach people all over the world. Not only will going virtual help keep us safe, it will keep us connected during these trying times. You will be able to enjoy all of the things that you love about the Miami Book Fair from the comfort of your own home.
What To Expect
The Miami Book Fair is a huge showcase of over 300 authors. It will be fun and super easy to navigate. Events will be live-streamed daily starting November 15th to the 22nd. There will be something for everyone from virtual discussions, storytelling, to a digital marketplace. You can join in on this eight day showcase of outstanding authors, activists, artists and poets all from your living room.
