Whether you’re on a budget or just looking for a fun project, these DIY floral Mickey ears are easy on time and your wallet! Here’s how to make your own floral Mickey ears in 5 minutes and with just $5.
I bought these Mickey ears for just $3.99 and found flowers on sale for under $1 at Michael’s (places like Dollar Tree also have economical options).
Next, pull the flowers from the stems and cut the bottom of the flower down as much as possible (they’ll look better if they lay flat on the ears).
Then using a glue gun or super glue, stick all your flowers onto the ears. Smaller flowers tend to work better, but I went with these because my daughter loves all things pink.
Give the glue a minute to cool off (give them more time to dry if using super glue) and voila! You’re done. Bonus: you can repeat the steps on the other side for 360 degrees of floral Mickey fun.
Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival, which runs March 4 through June 1 is the perfect excuse to wear them! Be sure to tag us in your DIY floral Mickey ears photos @miamimomsblog #mmbdisneyguide!
